Open Question: Is this normal for my age?

I'm pretty sure I am a lesbian and I came out of the closet to some close friends this week, but my super super best friend knew for like a month or two. Well my super super best friends name is Tailer and I have known she is Bi for a while and she's very open about it.. I was on facebook yesterday and she had an ..innapropriate picture of her self and I commented on it saying somthing very immature of me.."bewbies :D" haha.. But then she phoned me and was like "You know you want" and I said "Yes..:D" and I said "I actually do." (I was being sarcastic) But then it started to sound like she was flirting with me.. This is the rest of our convo (I'm sorry this is boring and long I'll try and make it short) She started to make weird kissing noises for no reasons and I said , I don't like kissess ahhh! but then I said I like cuddles. and she said, "Good because I love cuddles too :D" and I said, "Yaaay you're made for me!" then said not really right after. and she said "Noo we are :(" So then I said "Are you seriously or are you being sarcastic?" and she said she was being serious and she said she had a crush on me and she was "Sexually attracted to me". Well I am starting to really like her. and instead of like kissing , having sex , making out and doing stuff. I would much much rather to just hug or cuddle her... What should I do about this, should I go out with her? she kind of has a bad rep. for going out with guys super older than me but she is very trust worthy.. but I'm all confused. I don't think it would make things different since we're super best friends. I am sorry for the huge she said she said but I'm only 14 and it tends to happen alot.
